Credentials

I received certification to teach the Alexander Technique after training for three years and over 1600 hours working with Neil and Vivien Schapera, Directors of the Alexander Technique of Cincinnati. I graduated from this training in 2007 but continue to refresh and upgrade my skills through post-graduate experiences. The formal educational credentials I've earned include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Development through Webster University of St Louis.

The underlying passion that continues to motivate me is the development of awareness and skills for living life as fully and effectively as possible. Along that line I have also been certified to facilitate workshops in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, which continues to be a strong influence my life and my professional instruction in the Alexander Technique.
